Ferraro returns to PBA.(Sports)

Dave Ferraro, a Hall of Fame bowler from Kingston, will come out of retirement to accept the commissioner's exemption for the Professional Bowlers Association's Columbia 300 Classic on Dec. 13-17 in West Babylon.

Ferraro, 47, has not participated in a PBA Tour event since the 1995 PBA National Championship, retiring with 10 career titles. A former PBA Player of the Year, Ferraro became the 12th bowler in PBA history to pass $1 million in career earnings, doing it at the Capital District Open at Uncle Sam Lanes in Troy in 1994.
