New network weakpoint detection application from CYRANO

CYRANO has launched Network Security Testing Plus (NST+), a new product line designed to automatically detect weak points in networks, firewalls, operating systems and databases that may make them vulnerable to hacker attacks. NST+ provides range of tests to detect any vulnerabilities, documents all weaknesses that it has found and recommends countermeasures to rectify the exposed Internet/Intranet systems. It also features a secure web link through which users can continuously update the tests. NST+ modules for firewall and network testing are available now, while modules for database and system testing are expected by the end of December. Pricing was not disclosed.
