Qld: Man charged over rape of 14-year-old girl

BRISBANE, Dec 10 AAP - A 35-year-old man has been charged over the alleged sexual assault
of a 14-year-old girl south of Brisbane yesterday.

A police spokeswoman said it was alleged the man forced the girl into a car and drove
her to the Rochedale area where he sexually assaulted her about 3pm (AEST) yesterday.

He then drove the girl back to where he picked her up in the Loganholme area.

Police are seeking a second person believed to have been involved in the incident.

The man will appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court today charged with rape, sexual
assault and deprivation of liberty.
